Russia will not raise “the subject of Kyiv’s strikes” on Russian oil refineries at three-way talks in Abu Dhabi
Vladimir Putin’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said this, TASS reports.
He also said that preparations for talks among the United States, Russia and Ukraine “do not entail” commitments to limit combat operations.
