Novak confirms attacks on Russian oil refineries
According to the deputy prime minister, four Russian plants were attacked on Friday: three oil refineries and one chemical plant.
One plant sustained minor damage, but overall our defense system, our air defenses, worked. We had a lull for some time, and today the attacks resumed,
Interfax quoted Alexander Novak as saying.
🔵Earlier reports said an oil refinery in the Samara region had caught fire following an attack, and a plant producing canned food for the Russian army had been attacked in the Bryansk region. Samara region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, however, said only that “civilian infrastructure” had been attacked.
