Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik accused Ukraine of violating the agreements one day before the ceasefire in Oleshky was due to end.
According to Miroshnik, a Ukrainian military drone attacked a car carrying civilians as it was leaving the town. Two people were injured.
The ambassador said he had received the information from the local Russian-appointed authorities. Ukraine has not commented on the allegations.
