Several apartment buildings were damaged, regional administration head Alexander Ganzha said.
Three children were among the injured, he added. All those injured have been hospitalized.
He also said that more than 100,000 consumers in the Dnipro, Kamianske and Pavlohrad districts of Dnipropetrovsk region remain without power because of the attacks.
