Security officials said the information about a planned terrorist attack in Tsaritsyno originated with the detained teenager, who had posted “a video on TikTok,” the state news agency reports.
The FSB said the teenager was subscribed to “a neo-Nazi Telegram channel and had searched for information about mass killings,” TASS reports.
Security officials claim the teenager posted a photo on TikTok wearing tactical clothing and holding “an object resembling an automatic weapon,” as well as photos from Tsaritsyno captioned “I found a place” («Я нашел место»).
🔴Yesterday, the US embassy in Moscow warned of a “threat of an incident with a large number of casualties” in Tsaritsyno on October 31.
The FSB confirmed that it had received information about a planned terrorist attack, and the museum was closed. Today, Tsaritsyno is operating “as normal.”
