A new round of Russia-Ukraine talks will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11. Medinsky will head the Russian delegation
Delegations from Russia, the United States and Ukraine will meet in the UAE capital on November 10 and 11, US presidential special envoy Steve Witkoff announced. He said the meeting would address postwar security guarantees, de-escalation, humanitarian measures and further steps toward peace.
Before the meeting, the US delegation will hold working meetings in Brussels. Representatives of France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the European Union and NATO will take part.
Vladimir Putin’s aide Vladimir Medinsky will remain head of the Russian delegation at the talks, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
