The Kremlin hopes that the US election results will not affect Trump’s “peacekeeping efforts”

Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the statement in a comment to propagandist Alexander Yunashev.

President Trump remains in office. We sincerely hope that he will also continue his peacekeeping efforts. There has been progress. Another round of trilateral talks will take place very soon. Successful peacekeeping efforts, Melania Trump’s humanitarian efforts. We hope that everything will continue,

Peskov said.

Asked whether Congress might stand in the way, Peskov said that “this is America’s internal affair.”
