Ukrainian teenager Oleksandr Mustyatse, who ended up in the occupied part of Kherson Oblast after the start of the full-scale war, is now fighting on Russia's side.

This was reported by the Ukrainian initiative Back to Ukraine, which says its goal is to study the militarization and Russification of Ukrainian children who came under Russian control.

When Back to Ukraine representatives asked Mustyatse why he decided to join the Russian army, he replied: "Well, I've always been for my country. Russia has always been in my heart."
