FSB Confirms Serviceman Killed by Explosive Device Detonation in Sevastopol
The FSB confirmed the death of a serviceman as a result of the detonation of an explosive device in Sevastopol. The suspect has been detained.
The FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, acting on hot pursuit, detained a Russian citizen suspected of carrying out the bombing in the city of Sevastopol of a serviceman of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. As a result of the explosion, the man sustained injuries incompatible with life. It was established that the detained woman, born in 1994, carried out the bombing on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, the security service’s statement said.
