After a new series of Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on oil refineries in Russia, a second wave of gasoline shortages has begun. For example, at gas stations in the Lipetsk region, starting today, a system of selling gasoline based on even and odd dates and vehicle license numbers has again come into effect, and a limit of 30 liters per car has been introduced.
