In Kurgan, an administrative case was opened against a 19-year-old guy for searching for and listening to an extremist song using a VPN, the regional Interior Ministry department reports.
As a result, a protocol was drawn up against him under Article 13.53 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses (searching for knowingly extremist materials and gaining access to them).
