Rodina party leader Alexey Zhuravlyov was found to have 300 million rubles worth of real estate. The assets are split between his ex-wife and secret wife

According to the outlet Verstka and the Anti-Corruption Foundation, the lawmaker himself officially owns no real estate. But journalists found more than 100 million rubles worth of property belonging to his ex-wife and their daughter, including four apartments, one of them on Novy Arbat in Moscow.

At the same time, according to leaked data, Elena Zhuravlyova was not involved in business, and in 2023–2025 she earned 39,000 rubles a month at her last job.

Officially, Zhuravlyov is currently unmarried, but Verstka calls Yevgenia Shaimova, who has not worked since 2021, his “secret wife.” She was found to own two apartments and five parking spaces in a residential complex near Rublyovka, as well as two plots of land, a house, and an unfinished building near Yalta. The value of this real estate exceeds 150 million rubles.

The ACF also claims that Zhuravlyov is in a relationship with his aide Tatyana Kalyogina. Investigators found an apartment in Krasnogorsk, a Porsche Macan, and a Toyota Land Cruiser in her possession.

Her mother, who, according to the ACF, earned about 70,000–80,000 rubles a month, owns a townhouse in the Moscow region worth more than 50 million rubles. The ACF found an apartment in Gelendzhik worth around 20 million rubles and several million rubles in bank accounts belonging to Shaimova’s mother.
