Putin commented on Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries and Wildberries warehouses.
“Ukraine’s attacks on facilities in Russia do cause damage, but there are no critical consequences from them, there have not been, and there cannot be. But they do, of course, cause us damage, that is obvious. Logistics and warehouse capacity after attacks by the AFU require restoration, including with state participation,” he said.
Other statements by the old man:
▪️ Russia’s economic momentum is currently “modest, but positive”;
▪️ The deficit of the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation amounts to 160 billion rubles;
▪️ The deadline for regions to repay budget loans has been moved beyond 2030;
▪️ 100 billion rubles will be distributed to the regions with the most difficult budget situation.
Noncritical damage now needs public repairs
The damage was noncritical, but warehouses and logistics still need restoration.
Nothing critical, just another bill for the state.
