Three Perm Krai residents were barred from leaving the country over hogweed-overgrown plots
These measures, the regional FSSP directorate reported, were applied by bailiffs in the Ochersky and Vereshchaginsky districts to two owners of a 1.5-hectare plot who twice ignored orders to bring their land into proper condition and get rid of Sosnovsky hogweed.
The restriction was lifted after the plot was brought into proper condition. The travel ban, the bailiffs emphasized, helped “speed up the pace of the required work.”
