As a result of Russian strikes, every third home in Kyiv has been damaged

Since the start of the full-scale war, Russian strikes have damaged four thousand apartment buildings in Kyiv, the mayor of Ukraine’s capital, Vitali Klitschko, said. In total, according to him, there are 12 thousand such buildings in the city.

Each Russian attack costs the city budget about half a billion hryvnias (11.2 million dollars). At the same time, recently “the density of attacks has been increasing, and the city is under attack by cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and drones nearly twice a week.”
