This was reported by the Transport Ministry.

"Monitoring of the Black Sea water area, as well as the coastline of Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Crimea, is ongoing. No cases of petroleum products washing ashore have been recorded along the coastline," the ministry’s statement says.

It also noted that the results of the completed work were confirmed by a special commission with the participation of the Emergency Situations Ministry, Rosprirodnadzor, and the Marine Rescue Service.

🔵The wreck of the two tankers, Volgoneft-212 and Volgoneft-239, occurred in the Kerch Strait in December 2024. According to official data, 2.4 thousand tons of petroleum products entered the Black Sea.

At the end of April 2026, the authorities allowed the first three beaches in Anapa to open for this resort season. Later, environmentalists reported that Rospotrebnadzor refused to provide data on the content of harmful substances in the city’s water and sand.
