Ozon warehouses caught fire in southern Russia as a result of UAV attacks; two children were killed

In Krasnodar, two children were killed in a drone attack, the governor of Krasnodar Krai said. According to him, UAV debris fell on a private children's center, and seven more children were injured. Two adults are also in city hospitals.

Drone debris also fell on residential and under-construction apartment buildings, and warehouse facilities caught fire.

Ozon warehouses in Nevinnomyssk in Stavropol Krai and Makhachkala were also attacked. In Makhachkala, the warehouse caught fire and there were casualties, the company said:

“We promptly evacuated the workers. According to preliminary data, there are several injured, all of them were examined by doctors, and their lives and health are not under threat. Warehouse operations have been suspended.”

According to Ozon, overnight, warehouses in Adygeysk and Nevinnomyssk were evacuated because of the threat of an attack. The workers were not injured, and “the facilities themselves and the goods inside are fine.”

The head of Adygea said that a fire broke out on the grounds of an Ozon warehouse in the Takhtamukaysky District of the republic as a result of drone strikes.

Air defenses shot down 351 Ukrainian drones overnight, the Defense Ministry said.
