Putin authorized transferring to state control facilities whose owners failed to protect them from drones

A decree published on the official legal information portal says that critical infrastructure facilities whose owners failed to ensure their security may be placed under temporary management.

Critical infrastructure facilities include, in particular:

✹ fuel and energy complex facilities,

✹ industrial facilities,

✹ communications, utility, transport, and logistics infrastructure facilities (including transport and logistics hubs),

✹ energy facilities (including nuclear energy facilities),

✹ other facilities of special importance for ensuring the security, economic stability of the Russian Federation, and the functioning of the population’s daily life.
