Putin’s plenipotentiary in the State Duma, Garry Minkh, announced a further tightening of control over information on the internet and in messengers.

The authorities are planning to further develop legislation in the spheres of IT, media, and messengers, and to pay special attention to the spread of information about the consequences of Ukrainian strikes and events connected with the war.

And the Kremlin is already speaking about this in a completely categorical and calm manner.

The Kremlin’s foremost concern remains plugging every "hole" through which knowledge of the real state of affairs might seep through to the population.

Those deciding what may be known and what should not be will be the jug-faced snouts of the Duma, the FSB, and the Presidential Administration.

This is critically important, because a worried slave begins to lose appetite and rosy color. The hypnosis of propaganda weakens. Before you know it, the slave may spit at the television and even smear his saliva across the TV-faces of the hypnotists.

Under the influence of such filth as truth, the state’s bondsmen begin to rattle their chains, groan, and exchange glances. And that already smells of rebellion.

The regime has gone so far in its senile crimes that there is no longer any "reverse gear" for it.

Now there is only "forward," into a totalitarianism the world has never yet seen. One that would make North Korea look like a cheerful Broadway musical.

This is not scaremongering and not hype.

This is the vector.
