‘Communists of Russia’ demanded that Yabloko be removed from the elections in Kaliningrad Region

The court will consider the lawsuit on August 28. The regional election commission will take part in the case as an interested party, the Yabloko party’s press service said.

The party also added that it does not have the text of the statement of claim and does not know what it contains.

🔵Kaliningrad Region became the fourth region where attempts are being made to bar Yabloko from taking part in elections to the regional parliament. In Karelia and Pskov Region, its registration was canceled following a lawsuit by the Rodina party. In St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, election commissions refused to register the party’s lists.
