A U.S. Air Force Boeing C-17 military transport aircraft departed from Vnukovo Airport, according to data from the Flightradar24 service.
It is believed that this was the aircraft on which CIA Director John Ratcliffe flew to Moscow. The purpose of his visit is still unknown.
