CIA Director John Ratcliffe has arrived in Russia

This is being reported by journalists Jennifer Jacobs (CBS) and Barak Ravid (Axios). According to Jacobs, Ratcliffe will hold meetings with officials in Moscow.

Earlier today, a U.S. Air Force military transport plane arrived at Vnukovo. Whom it brought was initially unknown. Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin was not planning meetings with representatives of the U.S. administration this week.

This is the first known visit by a CIA chief to Russia since the start of the war.
