The Fourth Appellate Court in Nizhny Novgorod overturned the ruling of the Samara Regional Court, which had removed CPRF candidate and incumbent deputy Mikhail Matveyev from the State Duma election.
Thus, Matveyev’s registration as a candidate has been preserved, the CPRF noted.
