Yabloko’s slate has been removed at another party’s request already in a fourth region — now in Kaliningrad Region

The grounds for the removal were a lawsuit by Communists of Russia, who claimed to have found a copyright violation in the campaign materials. The Kaliningrad Regional Court granted that lawsuit.

As the Telegram channel Ostorozhno, Novosti notes, the Communists of Russia lawsuit almost completely matched the LDPR lawsuit in Sverdlovsk Region, where Yabloko’s slate was also removed from the elections.

In two more regions — St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region — Yabloko’s slates were not registered.
