The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences created by Shaninka teachers in Montenegro has been declared ‘undesirable’

It has been added to the register of “undesirable organizations” maintained by the Justice Ministry, Mediazona discovered.

The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences was launched in 2023, and in February 2024 it received state accreditation in Montenegro. It provides education based on the Liberal Arts and Sciences model.

The faculty itself described itself as “the first independent higher education institution created by Russian teachers in exile that received state accreditation in its host country.” The faculty is headed by Marina Kalashnikova, the former dean of Shaninka’s Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
