We may in fact have no signals at all, and then he [Putin] may decide that something has happened at the front and that he urgently needs 300,000 men to be sent to the front and solve his political problems,

said Artem Klyga, head of the legal department of the “Movement of Conscientious Objectors,” on TV Rain’s broadcast.

The day before, it became known that the Defense Ministry had prepared an order, according to which military enlistment offices will be able to learn practically everything about service members and their family members, from debts to medical data.

Whether this will affect conscripts, what information military enlistment offices can already obtain, and how this new document relates to possible mobilization were questions TV Rain asked the human rights defender.
