This was stated at a press conference by German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt and Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul, DW reports.
They said that Germany will also tighten controls on Russian citizens entering the country and will close the Russian consulate in Bonn.
Wadephul also said that the agreement governing the activities of the "Russian House" in Berlin will be terminated, which he said is "to strengthen" Germany's security.
