The National Guard has started looking for employees to protect Ozon and Wildberries from drones

In Bashkortostan, the National Guard posted a vacancy for an "air surveillance post shooter" to guard Ozon and Wildberries warehouses from UAV attacks. Verstka drew attention to it.

The vacancy appeared on the HeadHunter portal on August 26. It says the applicant will need to "guard and defend the facility's air perimeter" from drones, "including traveling to the presumed attack routes".

It involves "working with small arms." The employer is the state security enterprise FGUP "Okhrana," which is part of the National Guard structure.

The employee is promised official employment, a 1/3 shift schedule, timely salary payments, as well as "life and health insurance." The employer also guarantees free medical checkups, training, and a uniform.

The salary is from 65,000 rubles per month. For length of service in the National Guard's "Okhrana" or in the Interior Ministry system, they offer a 40% bonus. The key skills expected from a candidate are "the ability to work in a team, resolve conflicts," and also "accuracy and attention to detail." According to HeadHunter data, more than 100 people have already responded to the vacancy.

At the same time, a Verstka correspondent who introduced himself as a potential applicant was told by phone that the vacancy was current. They also confirmed that the contract is officially concluded with the National Guard, and asked about experience handling weapons and working in the Interior Ministry.

In response to the journalist saying he had no experience shooting down UAVs, the National Guard replied that periodic training is planned for employees and suggested he send in a resume.

🟪Drone strikes on Wildberries logistics centers began in mid-July. As Verstka calculated, at least 22 company warehouses came under attack in a month. Five weeks after the strikes on Wildberries began, the Ukrainian Armed Forces also started hitting Ozon facilities.
