Air Tanzania announced the suspension of flights to Russia
The airline explained that the decision was made after a scheduled risk assessment related to the operating conditions on the route.
Air Tanzania launched flights to Moscow in July 2026 and had planned to operate the Dar es Salaam - Moscow - Zanzibar route three times a week. The first flight arrived at Vnukovo Airport on July 2.
The timing for the resumption of flights has not yet been announced.
