❗️The right hand of Kaliningrad Governor Besprozvannykh: a 120 million ruble apartment bribe or a wartime business scheme

Kalina39.info investigated the story of Natalia Shimchenok, the longtime right hand of Alexei Besprozvannykh, who moved after him from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Kaliningrad and became deputy governor.

While Besprozvannykh was working on the “industrial integration” of the annexed territories, Shimchenok received a bribe that was laundered through a Moscow apartment worth about 120 million rubles. It then passed to a person from the business circle of Putin’s crony Medvedchuk, while the official’s family acquired real estate worth tens of millions more.

Cynical corruption in the governor’s inner circle against the backdrop of talk about the “patriotism” and “heroism” of soldiers. Besprozvannykh heads United Russia’s regional list. Can the governor simply pretend after this that nothing happened? In a democratic country, something like this would at least cost him his job.

Kalina39.info reconstructed the whole chain — the money, apartments, names, and connections. We show how this scheme worked and where it leads. Read the full version and subscribe so you don’t miss part two next week: t.me/Kalina39info/3589
