A threat of a drone attack has been declared in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra.

The airports of Surgut and Khanty-Mansiysk, Rosaviatsia reported, have stopped accepting and dispatching flights. Such restrictions have also been introduced for other airports in the region — Igrim, Nyagan, Sovetsky, and Uray.

Baza writes that remote learning has been announced for the second shift (it is now the second half of the day in Surgut) in all educational institutions.

A drone danger alert has been declared in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug for the first time since the start of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.

Surgut and Khanty-Mansiysk are located roughly 2,500 kilometers from the border between Russia and Ukraine.
