The Russian government has added counter-drone equipment to the list of service and special equipment that postal workers may be issued

The list of special equipment, which already includes pistols, traumatic weapons, stun guns, and bulletproof vests, has been expanded to include technical means needed to combat unmanned aerial, underwater, and surface vehicles, unmanned transport vehicles, and other automated unmanned systems.
