MEPhI students were offered attendance credit for three PE classes in exchange for taking part in voting
The offer was sent to a class chat by one of the physical education department’s instructors, Yegor Lazarev, the outlet Groza reports.
Under the terms, students are required to vote through the Mos.ru website on the first day of the election, September 18.
The instructor stressed that they could vote “for whoever you want.”
