The U.S. president made the statement at the Amgen Irish Open tournament in Ireland:

Zelensky must stop disabling facilities connected to diesel fuel production in Russia. Let him strike other targets, but not diesel fuel, because it is causing a shortage.

This is not happening because of the Middle East. This is happening because of what is going on between Russia and Ukraine. We talked about this with Mr. Zelensky. There are plenty of other targets. Don’t hit diesel fuel, because it hurts the whole world.
