The Telegram channel reports this. According to the outlet, at School No. 29, where two polling stations are located at once, deputy principals called teachers and asked them to come between 10 and 14 to vote for other people.

Each teacher who comes is given ballots for two people they do not know — the teachers are required to vote with them for United Russia and candidate Alexander Shuvayev (the region’s acting governor). Their own vote, Pepel notes, teachers may cast at their own discretion or not vote at all.

🔵In June, the Central Election Commission approved a special procedure for holding elections under martial law, allowing border regions to introduce early voting and other security measures. On August 28, the CEC announced the start of early voting in State Duma deputy elections in 12 regions, including occupied territories where martial law and a medium level of response have been introduced.
