More than 95% of Russian judges will start using AI by 2030

According to the Concept for introducing AI technologies into judicial proceedings, the share of procedural documents created with its help could reach 30-50%

By 2030, court services based on it will cut the time needed to consider simple cases by one third and reduce the number of overturned decisions by 15-30%. AI will mainly prepare hearing records, analyze evidence, and find contradictions in case materials, Kommersant writes.

At the same time, it is noted that AI should become an assistant to the judge, not a complete replacement. Every use of neural networks must be recorded.

Russian Courts Automate Their Paperwork
