Russia and Ukraine have exchanged civilians

This was reported by BELTA.

The exchange took place at the Novaya Guta checkpoint on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

Russia handed over 15 citizens to Ukraine, and Ukraine handed over three to Russia. They were mostly pensioners and people with limited mobility, the agency notes.
