The Russian subsidiary of Auchan, Lemana PRO, and Nestlé have been transferred to temporary management.

The relevant decree was signed today by the old man. According to the decree, L.E.V. Management receives 100% of the companies' shares in their charter capital.

The temporary manager of these companies is the joint-stock company L.E.V. Management, which previously had not conducted any active operations. Andrey Krayushkin is listed as its general director; he was appointed to the position on September 10.
