▪️The level of modernity of weapons in the Strategic Missile Forces is 92%;

▪️The threats are not decreasing, NATO is swelling and expanding;

▪️Power in Kyiv has been usurped by a bunch of embezzlers who need the war in order to stay in power. Ukraine cannot defend democracy because the government there has itself degenerated into a dictatorship;

▪️Russia has no aggressive plans whatsoever regarding Europe, the Russian Federation is ready for cooperation and the restoration of relations;

▪️The West is using Ukrainians as cannon fodder;

▪️Let's live in peace otherwise we will have to respond, there will be no other way.
