The incident happened at precinct election commission 2752 on Udaltsova Street. The woman was filming the vote count. In response, a commission member approached her, hit her, and started shouting threats:

“Are you fucking crazy? I told you to get the fuck out of here. I’ll shove that phone up your ass right now, you were told not to take pictures.”

The woman’s colleagues called the police to the polling station. The victim herself went to the police department to file a statement.

An error in the quotation was corrected in the news text, and the polling station’s location was clarified.
