Yabloko is getting into the Novgorod Regional Duma. After nearly 97% of ballots have been processed, the party has 6.2% of the vote. Novgorod Region is the only region where Yabloko was allowed onto the ballot.

An interesting point: A Just Russia may fail to get into the State Duma for the first time since 2007. The party is short by 0.04%
