United Russia lost to New People at 12 of 20 overseas polling stations located in cities where many Russians moved after the start of the full-scale war, Agentstvo writes, based on preliminary data from the Central Election Commission.

At 12 polling stations, New People took first place; at 11 of them, United Russia also lost to the Communist Party and came third. The exception was Paris, where the party came second.

Overall, at overseas polling stations, United Russia had 39.58% of the vote as of 14:00 on September 21, New People had 24.49%, and the Communist Party had 16.99%, Agentstvo notes.
