Alexander Pavlov came to a polling station on September 19 and tried to photograph a stand with the candidates. After that, he was detained.

According to Pavlov, at the police station they twisted his arm behind his back, unlocked his phone with his finger and began deleting information. Security officers also hit him with a stun gun.

“I even lost count, there were more than 20 shocks”

Pavlov said.

At one point the man involuntarily emptied his bowels, and the police officers found it amusing, RusNews reports.

A petty hooliganism report was drawn up against Pavlov. Police claimed that he had been swearing, but the man denies this and says that, on the contrary, he was trying to calm the security officers down.

After that, Pavlov spent two days in a temporary detention cell before his court hearing. There, mobile voting was organized for him, while security officers filmed what was happening on their personal phones.
