For more than 10 years now, Ella Pamfilova has been delivering the election results Putin and United Russia need, while also publicly defending their supposed “honesty” and “transparency.”


For this work, she received a very specific reward: a 237-square-meter apartment in an elite building on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow, where high-ranking officials live. The apartment, worth 200 million rubles, was given to Pamfilova by the state free of charge, and she registered it in the name of her 24-year-old granddaughter.
