▪️Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin said that an “industrial facility” was damaged as a result of the drone attack. One person was killed. According to local residents, an oil refinery is on fire;

▪️Eight people were injured in a UAV attack on Ulyanovsk. The head of the region wrote about “damage to industrial and civilian infrastructure”;

▪️Voronezh Region Governor Alexander Gusev said that four people were injured in Voronezh as a result of the drone attack, and two women were hospitalized in moderate condition

He said that “facades were cut up and windows were blown out in a number of apartment buildings and private houses,” and that “debris also damaged several nonresidential and production buildings”;

▪️In Rostov Region, an oil refinery in Novoshakhtinsk was damaged and halted operations, the governor said;

▪️Overnight, 592 UAVs were shot down over regions of the Russian Federation, the Defense Ministry reported.
