Vladimir Putin signed a decree placing the assets of Nestlé, Auchan, and Lemana PRO (formerly Leroy Merlin) under external management. All of this will now be managed by L.E.V. Management, a company registered in October 2024 with a single employee: an Interior Ministry general.
