Protocols were drawn up against Pavel Talankin for failing to submit a “foreign agent” report (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and for participation in the activities of an “undesirable” organization (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Mediazona noted

Talankin himself told Mediazona that he has no intention of writing any reports “until the fascist Putin regime officially reports to the people of Russia where, on what, and how much money they allocate from the budget, and until they report on the number of dead and wounded in this senseless slaughter.”
