Putin restricted information about the work of Russian oil refineries and marine terminals

Putin signed a decree “On approving the list of information in the fuel and energy sector to which access is restricted, and the procedure for its use.”

The decree, in particular, restricts the dissemination of information about volumes of oil refining and production, as well as exchange transactions involving the sale of gasoline and diesel fuel. Such information is banned from being disseminated in the media and on the internet.

The dissemination of information about marine terminals, supply destinations and transportation routes is also prohibited, as is information about the geographic coordinates of warehouses containing raw materials and goods.
