Ukraine’s Armed Forces reported capturing 250 Russian soldiers near Lyman

On the Lyman front in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine’s Armed Forces retook another 51 kilometers of land and five settlements, and also captured more than 250 Russian soldiers, said General Andriy Biletsky, commander of the Third Army Corps.

The corps’ Telegram channel published a video showing captured soldiers.

It is reported that this happened during the latest stage of the Ukrainian counteroffensive operation “Vivaldi,” which Biletsky called “decisive.” According to the Ukrainian army, since the start of the operation, Ukraine’s Armed Forces have recaptured 176 square kilometers of land.

According to Biletsky, during the operation Ukraine’s Armed Forces converted Soviet armored personnel carriers into kamikaze robots that attacked Russian army fortifications.
