“Filyas,” “Yanochkas,” and “Ksyushas” an element alien to the “Russian world” and deeply immoral, with “Parises” on their minds.

Otherwise the cunning writers, pop performers, TV people, and daubers will stash their savings: spread them among relatives, croak into crypto, or magically move them to Yerevan.
